This weekend I fell in LOVE with Jack Attack! I have always heard about 24 and how much I would LOVE it if I watched it but never got the time. I have been in love with Alias, a show which is like 24, but since Alias is off the air I was ok to move on. Can I just say, don't you think it is interesting on all these show (well Alias, 24, and Lost) the main leader/character is named Jack? I think it is pretty cool. I was thinking of naming my first son Jack, but then he would have all these characters to live up too? Do you realize they save the world? I just don't know if he could do it?
So this weekend since all of our friends decided to leave town for conference we decided to become friends with Jack Attack. On Friday night we went and rented the sixth season of 24. I am VERY proud to say that in less than 48 hours we finished the whole season... with watching all of general conference and two basketball games and we all got our running in as well. Some may think we are crazy... I couldn't be more proud of us!
Hour one I made a new kind of popcorn, white chocolate popcorn, (thanks Natiloo) I have never made before for the event and it was SO good!
Hour two getting into position to watch the show!
Hour twenty we realized we had been in the same spot for 20 hours!!!
Hour 30 we realize we had lost Ash to sleep but we had to keep going to finish in time!
Hour 36 we are realizing we are getting close to the end of the season!!!
This was probably our favorite thing we did while watching Jack Attack was every time there was a commercial you have to guess what the time is going to be when It comes back from the break. Scores, Tris: 4, Ash: 1, Chels: 1, Emo:1! Tris came out on top! way to go girl! This is a picture of me by the ONE I got because it was in the second to last episode... I almost didn't get any...

Yeah we are DONE with Season Six... and it even ended on a good note! I love Jack Attack! I probably said that saying at least 50 times this weekend! I just LOVE the man!

Haha you are too funny! That reminds me of our One Tree Hill marathons freshman year. :) Dan loves that show too, but I have to admit - I've never gotten into it! It seems like the same things happen in every single episode... The country is in danger by a terrorist and so even though Jack is no longer working for the government, they have to call him because he's the best and then he saves the whole world.
I am pretty good, huh?! :)
Oh how I love 24! Box DVD sets are the only way to watch! I think we watched two seasons in like three days. You should start with season one though, I swear you will love it!! Joe and I totally play the guess the time game and I always win! Good times!
Oh my gosh Em all I did was laugh while reading this post. Everyone was probably staring at me in the lab because I couldn't help but laugh at our weekend. What an accomplishment we had! The pics are priceless and to say the least we look terrible hahaha but it was completely worth it in the end! We heart J. Bauer! It is true, and the excitement really showed on those last pics! PS... A-hall would kill you if she saw these pics!
