Like I said Deals... They just find me... I can't really help it. :)
So Thursday night Tess and I went to dinner with the cute Burton girls (minus Mandi... Missed you lots) that were in town.
Before dinner we were waiting for Tess to finish her final that she got a 97% on.... YES my roommate is an honors student. She is SO smart. We went to Macey's and Whitney pointed out this really cute dress. I looked at it and thought "that has to be mine!" I tried it on and LOVED it! I looked at the price tag... $89.98... Remember this about me people... I don't buy things unless they are on sale. Deb Burton had a 25% off coupon so in my head... "Good I am getting a deal."
Went up to the register and the coupon didn't work on this dress for some reason...
Thought process... "Emo you are an adult now who has to wear nice clothes to work everyday... you should probably start buying things that will last a long time... not just anything anymore..."
So I bought it... when I was walking out I thought to myself... "you are a better shopper than to pay FULL PRICE for something...." BUT I loved it! :)
WELL.... Today I came to my parents house to sew the slit up because it was way to high when I sit down... My mom wanted to go shopping so I decided to go with and sew after. We went to TJMAXX... I thought "I will just look at the dress to see if I like anything..."
GUESS WHAT I FOUND STARING ME STRAIGHT IN THE FACE??????????
The SAME EXACT DRESS that I had bought at Macey two nights previous???

I KNEW I WAS A BETTER SHOPPER THAN TO PAY FULL PRICE FOR SOMETHING. I got three new dress for 63 dollars... TOOK THE 89.98 dollar dress back... SAVE about 30 dollars...
THANK YOU MOM FOR TEACHING ME TO NEVER PAY FULL PRICE FOR SOMETHING????
I guess I learned my lesson!

thata girl! I was just thinking I needed a good KA shopping trip. Not only do you guys look for good deals, but you know what to look for. Way to go!
ha ha oh emo you make me laugh. i paid full price for a shirt at j.crew a few weeks ago, and the next week it was ON SALE with an extra 30% off. hello!!!.... i might have had more fun just throwing away 30 bucks! we learned the hard way emo. but never again.
