Megan Emo DATE!!!

Last night Megan and I had a date! WE LOVE going on Megan Emo dates! We use to go on one at least once a week when we lived in Logan together. I am so lucky to have a friend like Megan, I almost didn’t have her as a friend. . .

Here is the history: three years ago my best friend Kaitlin went on a study aboard with Megan. I met her a couple times when we went running, hiking and she would stop by my apartment with Kaitlin. I thought she was a nice girl but didn’t really think anything of it. Well they went on the Study Aboard and Megan started dating the boy I liked and her and Kaitlin were BEST FRIENDS!!! Needless to say I “hated her” out of jealousy. When everyone came home from the study aboard they couldn’t stop talking about how amazing Megan was…. Blah Blah Blah….

So I thought to myself… I can either hate or love this girl… I am SO glad I chose to LOVE her because I really do. I look up to Megan in SO many ways. She is the greatest!

Last night we went to her parents house for dinner. Her mom was so sweet to have me over. She comes from an incredible family! We had dinner then just talked in the backyard forever. We went on a walk to see if my cousin was home, sadly she was not. We had ice cream and started watching New Moon with her mom and sister.

Now I love the Twilight movies. I would call myself a fan… I mean I have been to the midnight showing of all three movies. BUT watching it the second time not in a theater I found myself laughing OUT loud! The best was when Megan’s dad came in to watch… He was always making fun of the movie. Good thing I love that Vampire so much!
